Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > East Ohio Rental Only Condos(Dec 2009)

This is a brand new development opposite my gym. It's all rental and highly aspirational. Great angles, lines and a garden courtyard.

I love the way these vertical lines stretch away into the sky.
Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > Drink -:- Aqua (2009)

This was taken as part of a possible series I was working on for an upcoming exhibition in October here in Chicago for the Chicago Artists Month. I had been given the verb DRINK to represent. This is an abstract of the Aqua Building in Chicago.

This stunning building is from the Studio Gang Architects Group.
Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > Wrigley in Reflection (2007)

This is a high contrast black and white print of the Wrigley building in reflection. This is a very striking piece which was first shown at the Effe Leven Gallery in the Chicago River North Art District on 3rd October 2008. This image lends itself to both personal and corporate spaces and can be printed in larger formats.

This is a limited Edition of which 7 have sold to the British Consulate to be given as gifts. The British Consulate is situated in the Wrigley Building in Chicago which is the subject in this reflection. These were printed as 12"x12" prints with a larger 20"x20" print being hung in the Residence of the British Consul General in Chicago.

This is an edition of 50 of varying sizes. Once 50 have been sold no more will be printed. 12"x12" prints are $125, "20"x20" prints are $225. You may have them signed and titled on the print if you desire. I will print these with a 1" white border for ease of framing.
Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > Juxtaposition (2008)

This is truly one of my favorite pieces from my Chicago collection for its form, color and textures.

This image has three distinct surfaces from 3 different buildings. You might not know which buildings unless you look harder. There is a slice of the Marina Towers complex and a portion of the House of Blues.

This is a fantastic image showing three different distinct types of architecture, form and surface from Chicago landmark buildings.

Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > The promise of summer. (2007)

Taken in late 2007 on a bitterly cold yet sunny day. This image shows the North Avenue beach house or Castaways as it is also know. The building has a very 20's feel about it and for me it is a reminder of a bygone era.
Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > A spot of color (2009)

Taken in late 2009 rainy afternoon in Chicago.

The punchy color of the umbrella and the jacket create a cheerful impression of the person under the brolly. The grey miserable rainy day is definitely cheered up in this piece.
Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > Prentice-Stone (2008)

This is the Prentice-Stone Pavilion, part of the North Western University complex. I adore this building and have taken it's picture from many angles. It definitely lends itself to black and white photography though in my opinion.
Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > Winter Shadows (2008)

The failing light creates these incredible shadows thrown onto the ice of Lake Michigan. This winter shot shows the power of the weak sun to produce something extra special at this cold and colorless time of year.
Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > Marina Puddles (2008)

One of my favourite subject or rather two of my favourite subjects. Reflections and the Marina Towers.

I think this black & white shot of the Marina Towers in a puddle, bring to life the grimness of a miserable day in Chicago with the glamor of fine architecture. At least it does in my eyes.
Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > Hancock Tower during Snow Storm (2007)

This is a dramatic piece showing the Hancock Tower and it's gracefully lighted car park in high contrast black and white during a snow storm. I enjoy the draatic nature of this piece, the curves and light of the car park ramp and the stark brutality of the Hancock Tower reaching up into the sky.

This piece is for sale as a Unique print for $1000 unframed. It will be printed signed, dated, and titled should you wish or left blank with a white border.
Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > AMA Diagonal (2007)

This is an interesting picture of the American Medical Association (AMA) building in Chicago on State Street in full sun.

The deep rich blues lit by the sun contrast wonderfully with the darker side of the building. The image creates a slight optical illusion too which adds to the piece.
Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > Marina Towers - Desert Sun (2008)

This is a very striking high contrast shot of Marina Towers in Chicago bleached out as if by a desert sun. This is a landmark building and this view of it is quite unique.

The image was first shown at the Effe Leven Gallery in Chicago on 3rd October 2008.

This image is for sale as a Unique unframed print for $1,250.
Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > Sunny Towers (2008)

Part of the Water Tower complex juxtaposed against the Hancock Building. A nice combination of old and modern. A nice crisp image of two of Chicago's landmark buildings.
Anthony Stewart (anthonyjstewart) > Marina Diagonal (2008)

Stunning abstract of the Marina Towers complex in Color.

Interesting highlights include the small blue table on one of the balcony terraces which really stand out in this interesting piece.
